4ARTSAKE is an open-access, community space designed to help artists create, share, and exhibit original works of art.
Our doors are open to everyone, and we provide free space and resources for artists to create new works, share ideas, and build community.
We offer a rotating curriculum of classes that include a variety of mediums, including visual art, writing, music, and more, on a sliding-scale.
We offer a variety memberships that grant access to equipment rentals, personal studio time, early access to workshops, and several other perks, all while helping us sustain the ongoing mission of the organization.
Open Workspace
Artists need space to work.
4ARTSAKE provides free workspace to artists any time we do not have an active class or closed event. During Open Workspace, artists are welcome to come in and pursue their creative endeavors in a community space with other like-minded people.
Members have access to art supplies and in-house hardware, while non-members are able to purchase supplies or rent access to machines on an hourly or daily rate.
We also host regular, reoccurring events designed to bring people together and stimulate creativity, all of which are open to the public. At these events we provide resources and supplies, open seating, and optional prompts to get people thinking.
We encourage and champion collaboration, and encourage artists to use our space to build and maintain collectives and group projects. There are very few places open to congregation, but the ability to meet in person and share ideas is vital to group expression. 4ARTSAKE provides that space.
Classes & Workshops
We offer a rotating curriculum of classes, all designed to empower the individual and help them to create their next great piece of work. We provide courses on visual art, music and and the recorded word, craft, film, writing, and a variety of other disciplines, all on sliding scale. Memberships
Memberships help sustain 4ARTSAKE, and allow us to plan classes, workshops, and regular events based on the wants and needs of our regular artists.
Members enjoy many perks, like open access to art supplies, special workshops, and most important of all, equipment rentals, allowing artists to utilize cutting-edge equipment and hardware in their creative pursuits.
